ABOUT THE COURSE
This course is designed for C-Suite leadership, Owners, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors and other Senior Management professionals. In addition to teaching advanced leadership skills, this course focuses primarily on the development of individual leaders, a subtle but important difference. Using trademarked, proprietary assessments that focus on leadership actions and effectiveness rather than just personality traits, and preferences.

Session 1: Inner-core, building the self.
• Understanding the nine engines that drive performance in individuals and teams.
• The interplay between dominance and maturity of leadership engines and how they increase or derail the effectiveness of individuals and teams.
• Identification and understanding of each attendee’s personal leadership “fingerprint” i.e., their dominant and recessive engines and how efficiently these engines are performing, as well as forward looking data to understand how one’s
individual leadership engines change in times of stress or disruption. (Not based on personality preferences, but on real life actions)
• Developing strategies for leveraging existing strengths, identifying unused strengths, and countering immature or derailing tendencies before they manifest themselves.
• Development of individual core purpose statements; the power of governing principles.
Session 2: Outer-core, igniting inner core strength to positively impact outer-core effectiveness
(critical thinking, decision making, emotional leadership, team leadership, communication, drive for results, talent development, etc.).
• Understanding the two engine ignitors and four transformative values and how to apply them to individual growth and team cohesion and alignment.
• IOPT: Input/Output Processing Template. Understanding the four basic methods of processing and acting upon information. Understanding the interplay of the four methods. Develop the ability to effectively
move between these four methods to promote understanding, buy-in and accomplishment of goals. The leadership mindset and the effects of vulnerability on the bottom-line.
• Creating and promulgating a massive vision. • The power and challenge of agility.
• Seven secrets to leading others and leaving your legacy.
Session 3: The inseparable relationship between leadership and culture.
• Understanding the effects of culture on performance, safety, productivity, employee retention, customer relations, etc.
• The elements of a successful culture, and how strong cultures get sidetracked.
• Understanding the three C predictive pyramid
and the five cultures of culture.
• Understanding of the Stealth Cultural Transformation Model and its application. • How to predict and achieve future superior sustained performance of leaders.
Session 4: (HELD VIRTUALLY) Applying the skills learned, maintaining motivation, the individual development plan.
• During parts one , two, and three (in-person) participants will create individual development plans with the help of a Master Certified Executive Leadership Coach.
• After the completion of the in-person training, participants will be grouped into smaller “mastermind” contingents that will meet for approx. 1-2 hours every other week for two sessions.
• These Mastermind” session will be facilitated by a Master Certified Execute Coach. Attendees will receive continued specific coaching and fine tuning from the coach as they progress through their personal development plan. Attendees will benefit from the participation of the other attendees as they share triumphs and challenges, insights, and support.
